CUSTOM MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY SERVICE
Antigens (peptide or recombinant proteins antigens) are provided either by customers or produced at ATCS
ATCS will fuse SP2/0 with mouse spleen cells selected from 5 immunized BALB/c mice with the highest ELISA titer
Monoclonal antibodies are typically produced in 4-6 months
Customers may choose one of following formats as the final delivery of their prodcuts:
(1) 2 clones of hybridomas
(2) 2 clones of hybridomas plus 2.0 mg mouse IgGs from Protein A/G purified ascites
(3) 1 pair (2 clones) of positive hybridomas plus 2.0 mg of mouse IgGs for sandwich ELISA (for protein antigens only)
ELISA titers are guaranteed to reach >10,000.
